Senior Class Family Dinner and Party

Tuesday, May 28
6:00–8:30 pm, Soldiers Field Athletics Area
Each senior is entitled to one complimentary ticket for himself/herself. Additional tickets may be purchased for $20 per ticket.*

Class Day Picnic

Wednesday, May 29
12:00 noon–2:00 pm, Old Yard
Each senior is entitled to three complimentary tickets (one for the graduate and two for guests). Additional tickets may be purchased for $10 per ticket.*

*Senior Class Family Dinner and Class Day Picnic ticket reservations must be made in advance at the Senior Desk.

Class Day Exercises

Wednesday, May 29
2:00–4:00 pm
Each senior is entitled to five complimentary tickets. Graduating seniors will require one of these tickets for entry. Additional tickets may also be available at the Senior Desk.

Commencement Day

Thursday, May 30
8:00 am–4:00 pm, Tercentenary Theatre
Family members and guests of graduating seniors will require tickets for admission to the Commencement Morning Exercises and for the Annual Meeting of the Harvard Alumni Association: the Afternoon Program. Graduating seniors in academic regalia do not need tickets for the Morning Exercises. Family members and guests will require tickets. The Morning Exercises are extremely crowded; consequently, tickets are limited to a maximum of four per graduating senior. Tickets for the Afternoon Program are limited to five tickets per senior. Graduating seniors will require one of these tickets for entry. All tickets will be available at the Senior Desk.

Note: Tickets to the Class Day Exercises, Commencement Morning Exercises, and Afternoon Program allow admission into Tercentenary Theatre but do not guarantee seats. Seats cannot be reserved and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The sale of tickets for the Class Day Exercises and Commencement Exercises is prohibited.

Commencement Day, House Ceremonies

Thursday, May 30
12:00 noon–2:00 pm, Undergraduate Houses
Between the Morning Exercises and Afternoon Program, each House holds a Luncheon and Diploma Ceremony. Tickets are not required for the ceremony but are required for the luncheon. Complimentary luncheon tickets for the graduate and two guests will be provided; additional tickets are $15 per guest and can be purchased from your House administrator in mid-May or at the checker’s desk on Commencement Day (cash only day-of ). For more information about the luncheon and tickets, please contact your House administrator.

All Senior Week tickets are available at the Holyoke Box Office and are SEF eligible. Tickets must be prepurchased and/or prereserved. Ticket bundles will be on sale from April 30 until May 5. Individual event tickets will go on sale starting May 6.

When purchasing Senior Week bundles, you will receive a pass, which will exchanged for a wristband for entry to the events above. No more lost or wrong tickets! Please note: You will only receive one wristband for the week. Lost wristbands will not be replaced. Individual event tickets for Senior Week events may also be purchased at the Holyoke Box Office.

Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
